What Is the Share Forms Page?

The Share Forms page in the Onboarding app is where you generate and manage shareable links for your published onboarding forms. Once a form template has been created and published in Form Settings, you can share it with vendors or customers so they can fill out and submit their information directly — without needing a CloseFlow account.

Generating a Shareable Link

To share a form, navigate to the Share Forms page and select the form template you want to distribute. CloseFlow generates a unique link for each form that you can copy and send to your vendors or customers via email.

1. From the CloseFlow app page, go to Onboarding → Share Forms.
2. Select the form template you want to share.
3. Click 'Send Invitation' to email the shareable URL to your recipient.
4. A Submission is automatically created for tracking in the Submissions page.

What the Recipient Sees

When a vendor or customer opens the shared link, they see the onboarding form with all the fields and attachment requests you configured in Form Settings. They can fill in the required information, upload requested documents, and download any attachments you included. Once they submit the form, the onboarding request appears in your Onboarding Submissions page for review.

Managing Shared Forms

You can manage all your shared forms from the Share Forms page. If you update a form template in Form Settings, the shared link will automatically reflect the latest version of the form. You can also deactivate a shared link if you no longer want to accept submissions for that form.
