Syncing Your Trial Balance

    Automatically import trial balance data from QuickBooks.

    Trial Balance Sync

    Once connected, CloseFlow can automatically pull your trial balance into CloseFlow. You can trigger a sync at any time.

    1. Go to the Reconciliations app.
    2. Click 'Generate from QuickBooks' to pull the latest data for the selected close period.
    3. If CloseFlow detects a change in a reconciled account the user will be given the option to reset the reconciliation to 'Not Started.'
